What materials are your jewelry made from?

All Vhael Jewelry pieces are crafted from surgical-grade 316L stainless steel with 18K PVD gold plating. This means your jewelry is hypoallergenic, waterproof, and built to last.

What is PVD gold plating?

PVD, or Physical Vapor Deposition, is a durable coating process that helps the gold finish resist fading, scratching, and everyday wear better than traditional gold plating.

Can I wear it every day?

Is your jewelry waterproof?

Yes! Our jewelry is waterproof and designed for everyday wear, so you can shower, work out, and enjoy your daily activities without worrying about tarnishing. To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid harsh chemicals and rinse it with fresh water after swimming.

Will it turn my skin green?

Our 316L stainless steel jewelry is skin-friendly, hypoallergenic, and designed not to turn your skin green.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your VHAEL piece. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us at hello@shopvhael.com before sending a return.
