14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your VHAEL Jewelry purchase. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at hello@shopvhael.com. Returns sent without first requesting authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the return address.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective or were received damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@shopvhael.com with your order number and clear photos. If the issue is confirmed, VHAEL Jewelry will cover the return or replacement shipping costs.

Exceptions and Final-Sale Items

Sale items, gift cards, worn or damaged items, and pierced earrings cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item before returning it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If an order is shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable law. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Hygiene restrictions may apply to pierced earrings once opened.
